This trainer-led online tutorial is included within the SIRXCEG006 – Provide online customer service unit. This workshop is aimed to assist you in completing this unit by allocating time with our trainer to work through the unit with you and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

The SIRXCEG006 – Provide online customer service unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to interact with customers using online communication tools. It requires the ability to provide information to customers, handle customer difficulties, and provide customer service and support in an online environment.

It is part of a four unit course –  SIRSS00015 Online Retail Coordination Skill Set which provides the skills associated with the day-to-day running of an online business.

It applies to individuals who interact with customers online in a diverse range of businesses with an online presence. They operate with some independence, under limited supervision and guidance from others, and within established organisational policies and procedures.
