This trainer-led online tutorial is included within the SIRXMKT002 – Use social media to engage customers unit. This session is aimed to assist you in completing this unit by allocating time with our trainer to work through the unit and give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

The SIRXMKT002 – Use social media to engage customers unit describes the performance outcomes, skills and knowledge required to manage the use of social media platforms to interact with customers and promote products and services.

It is part of a four unit course –  SIRSS00015 Online Retail Coordination Skill Set which provides the skills associated with the day-to-day running of an online business.

It applies to individuals working in customer service management roles in a diverse range of industry sectors and business contexts that have a social media presence. They operate independently with some responsibility for decision making, and within established organisational policies and procedures.
