This workshop educates managers and leaders with techniques and strategy to keep the members of their teams motivated, supported and giving their very best on the job. A demotivated or complacent employee can be the root cause of a bigger problem within the team, and knowing how to keep their eyes on the goal and remain happy on the job is an important skill for all senior management. All of our business development short courses (not including legal compliance courses) can be delivered flexibly to suit your needs. This includes face-to-face, 100% online or a blended delivery of both. We also understand the pressures and struggles of the daily grind which makes training during normal work hours (9am-5pm) not always possible.
