I love training in retail because I am passionate about customer service and I enjoy seeing staff learning new skills. People working in retail can come from many diverse backgrounds and it is wonderful to be able to draw on their personal skills and experiences to make the training more relevant to the current business they are working in. I enjoy educating staff that they can have an exciting career in retail.

Training your staff increases their job satisfaction and morale. It helps to retain and motivate staff, which results in better outcomes for the business. Training and developing staff is critical to the future of any organisation.

When retailers engage with trainees, they will see a reduction in staff turnover, increased efficiency and productivity by the staff and it will create a culture where staff live and breathe the values of the organisation.
