Platinum members receive access to the exclusive toll free workplace relations hotline. To streamline our service delivery, calls to this number go directly through to a workplace advisor who will be in a position to answer your query immediately.

Access to our hotline is available from 8.30am until 5.00pm AEST Monday – Friday and service is not affected by state public holidays.
