Nsw Changes
Due to recent transmission of COVID-19, stay-at-home orders will be introduced for the Gunnedah LGA from 12:01 am Tuesday 5 October 2021 until 12:01am Monday 11 October 2021. These stay-at-home orders also apply to anyone who has been in the Gunnedah LGA since 27 September.

Everyone in this area must stay at home unless it is for an essential reason, which includes shopping for food, medical care, getting vaccinated, compassionate needs, exercise and work or tertiary education if you can’t work or study at home.

Stay-at-home orders will also be implemented and extended for a number of areas in regional NSW due to the ongoing COVID-19 public health risk.

From 12:01am Tuesday 5 October 2021 until 12:01am Monday 11 October 2021, the following parts of the Mid Coast local government area (LGA) will be affected by the stay at home orders:

Mid-coast LGA suburbs identified by postcode 2430: Black Head, Bohnock, Bootawa, Brimbin, Cabbage Tree Island, Chatham, Croki, Cundletown, Diamond Beach, Dumaresq Island, Failford, Ghinni Ghinni, Glenthorne, Hallidays Point, Hillville, Jones Island, Kiwarrak, Koorainghat, Kundle Kundle, Taree and Lansdowne.

Mid-coast LGA suburbs identified by postcode 2428: Blueys Beach, Boomerang Beach, Booti Booti, Charlotte Bay, Coomba Bay, Coomba Park, Darawank, Elizabeth Beach, Forster, Forster Shopping Village, Green Point, Pacific Palms, Sandbar, Shallow Bay, Smiths Lake, Tarbuck Bay, Tiona, Tuncurry, Wallingat and Wallis Lake.

These stay-at-home orders also apply to anyone who has been in these areas since 27 September.

Stay-at-home orders will also be extended for Muswellbrook LGA until 11 October.
