Customer Aggression Training
We’re excited to offer the second session of our popular Customer Aggression Training this year! A must-have in today’s retail industry, this course empowers customer-facing retail staff with practical knowledge for managing abusive or aggressive situations that may arise and gives teams the confidence to put those skills into action.
In this 2-hour interactive workshop, we focus on best-practice strategies and provide practical guidance tailored for busy workplaces, allowing your team to gain vital skills with minimal time away from their roles.
