Customer Aggression Training

We’re happy to relaunch a new and improved version of our popular Customer Aggression Training. A must-have in today’s retail industry, this course empowers customer-facing retail staff with practical knowledge for managing abusive or aggressive situations that may arise and gives teams the confidence put those skills into action.

This workshop takes best-practice strategies and gives practical guidance on how to implement them in a short and sharp 3-hour interactive workshop. This shorter format is designed with busy workplaces in mind and means less time out of the workplace while still empowering staff with these critical skills.

We are pleased to offer our first public session on 30th October from 10am (AEST). This facilitator-led online workshop has limited spaces in the first intake. For those who can’t make this date, future workshops will be available.

Workshop Benefits

  • Understand the legal framework relating to customer abuse, including frequently asked legal questions;
  • Identify aggressive or abusive customers;
  • Respond to and de-escalate customer aggression;
  • Develop strategies for staying calm during interactions with customers;
  • Understand the importance of reporting procedures and engaging with the police; and
  • Practice self-care and building resilience.
