We’re happy to introduce our new short-form workshop option for our popular Dealing with Abusive and Aggressive Customers course. A must-have in today’s retail industry, this course empowers customer-facing retail staff with practical knowledge for managing tense or dangerous situations that may arise and gives teams the confidence to go back into the workplace and put those skills into action.

This workshop condenses and delivers the core elements of the nationally recognised accredited short training course (SIRXCEG008) into a short and sharp 3-hour interactive non-accredited workshop. This shorter format is designed with busy workplaces in mind and means less time out of the workplace while still empowering staff with these critical skills.

Beginning with our first session on Wednesday, September 6th from 10am to 1pm, this facilitator-led online workshop has limited spaces in the first intake. Inquire now to secure your spot!

For those who can’t make this date, future workshops are also available.
