In 10 years of customer-facing experience, he has direct experience in account management, business development, new business acquisition, onboarding, and customer success. Along with a strong ability to network with all levels of business partners.

Over the years James has earned a reputation as being warm and approachable and thrives in a team environment. He possesses a natural talent for problem-solving and a passion for learning new skills.

To go with his customer service skills, James brings with him knowledge and experience on a number of different CRM and Reporting tools and a track record for using those tools to improve processes and customer experience from data-driven initiatives.
