Ebony is an experienced sustainability & design professional, supporting the policy team to coordinate and deliver projects that enable the retail sector to adapt to new legislation, and innovate in order to meet state and national sustainability targets. Previously as a consultant, Ebony worked with leadership teams across many sectors using Human-Centred Design (HCD) methodologies to develop Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategies, impact initiatives, and engage senior leadership and key stakeholders in the process. Ebony is undertaking post-graduate studies in environmental management at the University of Queensland to compliment an undergraduate degree in architecture.
